Irene co-created this business with a desire to help people of all ages & abilities connect with horses. Passionate about horses from a young age, Irene draws on 14 years experience working with clients in the Disability sector and over 40 years of keeping & working with horses to provide tailored services to individuals and groups of all abilities. 

Astrid Innis

Co-owner Astrid has spent her life being with horses, vaulting in Germany as a child before moving to Australia where she has competed in Dressage, Working Equitation, bred horses and worked as an instructor at the Channon Pony Club over a number of years. 

Coupled with her 15 years of service within the Disability sector, she has a keen passion to support individuals achieve their goals and is excited to continue this purpose helping clients build confidence & self awareness at Dalwood Equine Connect.

Polo (Silver Hills Regency)

Polo is an 11 year old warmblood mare who definitely thinks she's a princess! She has been doing pony club with Eva and is now doing some dressage and going out on trail rides. Polo is in love with Nemo, perhaps she thinks he is her baby..

Molly

Molly is a 16hh, 13yo Arabian - Warmblood Mare. She has had an eventful career, competing in working equitation, dressage and participated in liberty and bison clinics, mechanical cow workshops and even went droving!

Amalfie

Alfie is a 6 year old registered stockhorse; he's only fairly new to the team and settling in but gets on with everyone and has a lovely temperament. 

Nemo

Nemo is a 16 year old miniature pony, a recent addition who has won hearts all around with his cute character and looks. He loves being brushed and cuddled and having a fuss made of him. He is a great confidence builder as he is loves being around people, especially if they come with carrots.

Neve (Little Miss Tammy's Diva)

Also known as naughty Neve!

She is a 6 year old paint bred mare from Sydney and is very opinionated and a real character, you can't help but love her personality.

Ollie

Ollie is a gentle giant who loves attention and food, he is a 16.2hh 18yo warmblood gelding who is semi retired and waiting to meeting new people to give him lots of attention. He loves being bathed and brushed and fussed over in general.

Daisy

Daisy is a beautiful 14.2hh 13yo stock horse/ quarter horse cross mare. Her kind and gentle nature makes her the perfect horse to gain confidence and connect.
